Happy 80th Birthday to us!!!!

On May 9th our YMCA turns 80 years old!  That means 80 years of serving the needs of our community. 

To celebrate this gigantic accomplishment we are planning a week long celebration with an open house May 5th – 11th so non-member adults and families can come to our Y and experience all of the wonderful things that are included in a Southington Community YMCA membership.  At certain times each day of the open house a different department will be in the main lobby engaging you with fun, interactive activities.  We will have a drawing every 80 minutes with the chance to win neat Y stuff! Also, every person who lives in Southington that will turn 80 this year or is over 80 years old will be given a one month free membership!

For added value we are waiving our joiner fees for 80 days!!  That means no joiner fees through June 30th!!

To end the week in true YMCA fashion on Saturday, May 10th from 2-4pm, we are having an old fashioned birthday party in the gym with a DJ, Valentine the Clown, a petting zoo, moon bounce, face painting, games and more!  The party is FREE and members and non-members are welcome!  Stop by and check it out!!!  It will be FUN for all!!!!
