Party at our Place!
The Southington Community YMCA offers a variety of birthday parties to celebrate your child's special day! Parties are offered on Saturday and Sunday and are booked in 2-hour time slots. Parties are priced to accommodate 15 children, with a $10.00 fee for each additional child (with the exception of pool parties and sports parties). Parties must be supervised by adult chaperones at all times with a mandatory 1:15 ratio. The hours listed below are for Fall, Winter, and Spring. Birthday parties are available starting the last week of September (except pool parties) and run through the end of May. There are no birthday parties available at the High Street facility for the months of June, July, and August. Please contact YMCA Camp Sloper for summer birthday parties.

YMCA Sports Party
Party Includes: You can choose baseball / t-ball (whiffle ball style), floor hockey, indoor soccer, kickball or free play. This party consists of one hour in your party room and one hour of activity in our gymnasium(1/2 gym used). Sports parties are staff coordinated.
Perfect for children age 5 and up. Accommodates up to 15 children.
*Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Saturday 5pm-7pm (Gym time 5pm-6pm; room time 6pm-7pm)
"Do It Yourself" Birthday Party
We provide the room – and you plan the rest! This is a 2-hour room rental –where you can have the birthday party at the Y, without worrying about having the mess at your house! A YMCA Staff member will be provided to assist you during the party. Accommodates up to 15 children. Great for all ages!
The party room will be set up with tables & chairs only (you are required to bring in the rest: decorations, food, paper goods, etc). Available on Saturdays and Sundays, anytime after 12:00pm.
Private Pool Party
Party Includes: One hour and 15 minutes in a party room and one hour of swimming in our pool. This rental accommodates 25 swimmers and is available after our pool closes to members. Pool parties are staff coordinated and also include 2 lifeguards. Children will be quickly swim tested to determine ability. Adult supervision in the pool and/or pool area is required. All children requiring a flotation device must be with an adult. Maximum of 2 children with flotation devices per adult. For children under the age of 5 years old, a parent must be in the pool with them.
No additional swimmers allowed for this party. Pool games available upon request.

(1 hour and 15 minutes room time and 4pm-5pm swim time)
Sundays: 1:30pm-4pm
(1 hour and 15 minutes room time and 3pm-4pm swim time)
Shared Pool Party
Party Includes: One hour in a party room and one hour in our swimming pool. This party accommodates 12 swimmers and is available during our members open swim time. Pool parties are staff coordinated and also include 2 lifeguards. Children will be quickly swim tested to determine ability. Adult supervision in the pool and/or pool area is required. All children requiring a flotation device must be with an adult. Maximum of 2 children with flotation devices per adult. For children under the age of 5 years old, a parent must be in the pool with them. No additional swimmers allowed. Pool games are available upon request.

(1:30-2:30pm room time and 2:30-3:30pm swim time)

YMCA Camp Sloper
Birthday Parties
YMCA Camp Sloper is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Parties take place in the Nature Pavilion and are offered on Saturdays and Sundays during the months of April through October. School Group Rental Program
YMCA Camp Sloper is a great place to have your end of the year picnic or field day. Our programs are designed to accommodate any and all grades and all grades and classes of 20 to 200. Facility Rentals
