Parent-Tot

16 months to 3 years old
A unique way to enjoy fitness with your child. Balance, hand/eye coordination, flexibility, strength, social and listening skills will be introduced in a fun way for your child.


Little Leapers

3 to 4 year olds
Activities are fun-filled and geared to develop small and large motor skills as well as strength, coordination and social skills. A fun way for children to exercise and learn.


Junior Jumpers

4 to 5 year olds
A fun and exciting way for children to enjoy exercising while emphasizing social skills, strength and coordination.


Kinder Gym

5 years old and up
Children will work on more advanced skills as well as learn how to work on their own and with others. Classes are geared to develop flexibility, strength, and strong technical skills for the first-time gymnast. Children progress at their own pace in a fun and safe environment.


Rollers

6 years old and up
Children will begin work on more advanced skills. Classes develop flexibility, strength and strong technical skills for first-time gymnasts. Children progress at their own pace in a fun, safe environment.


Tumblers

7 years old and up
Fun-filled classes for the gymnast who has had previous experience. Gymnasts will focus on more advanced skills while building a strong mind and body.


Tumbling Only

7 years old and up
A tumbling class for children who would like to learn the skills for cheerleading. Strength and flexibility will be part of this class as well as use of floor and TumbleTrak.


Kippers

8 years old and up
Join us for Kippers, an extension of the Tumbler program. Kippers focuses on strength conditioning and higher skills for the more advanced gymnast.
