Be sure to use the "branch location" drop down box to select the branch you are registering for. When you click "Select", only that branch's programs will be displayed. Keyword Search
Use the "Search By Keyword" link to access the search feature. You may enter the 5 digit code in the search to look up a program. Otherwise, enter one or more words that are relevant to the program you are looking for. How to Log On
On the Online Registration home page click on the "Please Log On" link. Click on "Sign Up" and enter your information. It is NOT necessary to enter your membership #. Once you've entered your information you'll need to choose a username and password that you'll use each time you want to register. *Be sure to log on in advance and create a username and password before registration begins to help speed up the registration process. Family memberships require just one username for all family members. Credits
Unfortunately our online registration system does not allow our members to apply their credits during the check out process. However, beginning the Monday after registration you may contact Sarah Jackson at (860) 628-5597 x330, and your credit can be applied to the credit card which you made payment with. Age Requirements
The majority of our programs have age specifications that need to be followed. Our registration is very strict in that it will only allow you to register if you fall under the specific age requirements at the time the program begins (not at the time of registration). You can find the age requirements of a program by clicking on the description on the online registration page. Please note that the ages or grades that are listed in the synopsis may only be a general estimate, and you can find the actual age requirement under the program code. We are aware that there are circumstances where an age requirement is missed by only a few days or weeks. We are certainly willing to make some exceptions when this issue arises however you will need to contact us before the time of registration (if you want to register online) or you will need to register in person at the appropriate Southington-Cheshire YMCA branch.
