Our enthusiastic, Certified Personal Training Staff is committed and has a genuine interest in helping you achieve your health and fitness goals for improved body composition, increased strength and endurance, training for recreational or sport specific activities or just the desire to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Personal Packages include:

  • Free in-depth interview and assessment to identify the client’s needs and goals.
  • Program design and implementation.
  • Optional body composition testing.
  • Basic calorie requirement and basic nutritional analysis with the purchase of 3 hours or more of individual training (age 18 and older only).
  • Hard copy of all training exercises available to clients.

Adult Training Package Prices:

One 1-hour session $50
Three 1-hour sessions $140
Five 1-hour sessions $225, Bonus get ½ free!
Ten 1-hour sessions $430, Bonus get 1 hour free!
Twenty five 1-hour sessions $1000, Bonus get 2 hours free!

Want to Work Out with a Friend? We offer Group Training Packages! Groups of up to 3 members are accepted. Have fun working out with friends and share the cost!

One 1-hour group session $75
Three 1-hour group sessions $195
Five 1-hour group sessions $300

Parents, We Offer Youth Personal Training for kids Ages 11 to 15
$30 per hour

Sport Specific Training

Athletes, Coaches and Parents: Ask about our sport specific training for individuals and teams. Our certified personal trainers can create a program designed to complement any sport for athletes in middle school, high school or college.

Our Sports Specific packages include:

  • Free individual or group fitness consultation.
  • Program designed to integrate with the athlete’s practice and competition schedule.
  • Access to touch-base appointments with trainers.
